Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough, Ross and his wife are simply the best in the business. A rare find to deal with a business based on ethics and service delivery. I’d highly recommend requesting Youseff and Abbass as your installers, these guys are true professionals. We’ve experienced the results of a poor installation, both these guys go above and beyond and my wife and I are stoked with the result.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Ross is very knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the entire process. The installers Abbass and Youssef were very punctual and did an amazing job. I greeted them in the morning went to work and and came home to my flooring being installed perfectly. I was a bit anxious about organizing new flooring for my house about 90 min away from Sydney until I came across Viaduct Imports superb site containing a wealth of information about the product and installation. As soon as I spoke to Ross I knew that I would not entrust the job to anyone else. Parcel containing samples was at my house the next day. Ross came over a few days later to assess the job and provided a detailed quote the next day. Most impressive! The INSTALLATION was like and icing on a cake: Youssef and Abbass are an amazing team. I can only describe their work and service as superior. Amazing attention to detail, workmanship second to none. These young men worked the entire day and cleaned up. We can’t thank enough the team at Viaduct products and would recommend them to anyone. Absolutely superb!

Out of all the tradies I’ve had out for my renovation, these guys by far are the most punctual and honest. Before my flooring was laid they cleaned and once completed they left the house looking immaculate as well. Their quality of work is second to none and in comparison to many quotes I received, the pricing was more than fair in my opinion. I will definitely be using Ross and requesting Abbass and Yousseff as my installers for any further flooring needs and will also be recommending them to friends and family. I could not recommend Viaduct Import more highly. Their level of service and professionalism is something we don’t seem to see that often anymore. From Ross coming out initially and explaining about the SPC product, measuring up, quoting and then coming out again with actual boxes of planks in various assortments to lay over my existing floor so we could get a real feel for how it would look in our house was fantastic. Once we agreed the install was organised for a date which suited us. The install team comprising of Abbass and Youssef came and worked non stop for almost 12 hours to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. These guys did an amazing job, even installing new skirting around my floors. I highly recommend Viaduct Imports if you are looking for a new floor.

Abbass & Youssef, were booked to install the flooring, they arrived on time, and introduced themselves. The materials were delivered prior to the installation date. Abbass & youssef got working from the moment they arrived. This is the 1st time l have used this flooring product, l must l am very impressed, however l must say l am impressed with the installation. l have very high expectations especially when it comes to finishes and l could not find any concerns. Thank you Viaduct and the VERY PROFESSIONAL! tradesmen you employe. l was also impressed they cleaned up after themselves of all rubbish, off-cuts, etc.

Viaduct Imports made our flooring experience stress free. Even with Covid restrictions pur delivery was on time without any issues. The floor layers were professional and did a great job managing to install our whole home within a day. 100% would recommend.

Found Viaduct Imports online and from the beginning Ross and his team provided sound advice, allowed us to try samples until we were satisfied with the product we were choosing. The installers were extremely professional and took pride in their job, and the overall communication from Ross was superb.

We recently engaged Ross and his installation team to do both our floors upstairs (previously carpeted), and then we decided to get the downstairs area done in floorboards as well over our tiles. We went with the Winton pattern and the result is incredible. I would like to make special mention of both Abbass and Youssef – our installers. They did an amazing job, had excellent attention to detail, and cleaned up after each installation, as well as removing and taking all rubbish without question or follow up. Viaduct has just completed flooring in my property. Their product is amazing. I delt with Ross and found him to be extremely sincere and honest. By mistake he miscalculated the quantity of material which I would never been aware of but towards the final payment he informed me of the miscalculation and deducted almost $500.00. If anyone wants to inspect their quality of workmanship my property will always be open for them.

Absolutely beautiful, these floorboards have completely changed the look of my dads new property, we are all so happy with it And happy with the service too. On a Friday afternoon I ordered a house lot of laminate flooring from Viaductimports in NSW at the most amazing price. On the following Tuesday the flooring was delivered in country Queensland. It doesnt happen in real life! I bought planks for my country side home including delivery at Cowra. Unfortunately the delivery company lost my delivery from their warehouse as they pickup earlier that week. Mr Ross came to know that one evening prior to delivery. He called me and assured me he will do something. Surprise surprise next very early morning Mr Ross and his wife on my door with delivery. Just keep his promises he and his wife drove 390 kilometre from Sydney. No one will expect that. My heartily thanks to Mr and Mrs Ross for his above and beyond customer support also creating an example of customer service and satisfaction. I wish his prosperous future. As an installer, I find the products from Viaduct Imports to be consistently good in quality. The lock system for the laminate produces a good tight lock between boards, with seamless gaps. The running patterns give the floor a real wood floor look. Running patterns is when the pattern on each board is only repeated every so often, not having every board looking identical with the next, as you often find with cheap quality products. It feels good to get positive feed back from customers, saying how pleased they are with their new floor and how wonderful they look.
